Feed from 3 to 20 lanes with constant flow

90° accompanying divider

thumbnail divider.png

Installed at the end of a single-line feed, perpendicular to a multiple lanes conveyor, the DemoS Divider sends rows of containers at a constant flow, without prior spacing, into a divider cycler equipped with retractable combs.
These combs make possible to gently accompany the change of direction of the containers fed at high speed, thus preventing them from colliding.

Simultaneous feeding to all corridors for maximum compactness

The 90° deviation allows all corridors to be fed simultaneously, in a perfectly balanced way. It is thus possible to eliminate the multiple deceleration conveyors used in train dividers while maintaining very precise regulation of the entry flow into the downstream machine. Thanks to the elimination of these conveyors, the installation is extremely compact: approximately 12 m2 for the DemoS Divider compared to 20 to 40 m2 for traditional systems.

Optimal protection for your containers

The use of retractable combs and the elimination of deceleration conveyors eliminates all shocks and rebounds that containers can undergo with traditional systems.
The containers and their labels are protected from any damage.

A module adapted to high speeds and multiple formats

The DemoS Divider is able to treat from 10 to 130 rows per minute, to reach cadences up to 60,000 bottles per hour depending on the containers.
It adapts very easily to many formats thanks to simple configuration of the different recipes and an option for turning the containers at the machine input.
