The DemoS creates groupings in continuous flow, they are presented to the case packer with a step allowing them to enter the cycler. The synchronization is perfect: our DemoS module is 100% slave to the case packer. This continuous operation allows to eliminate most shocks and friction between containers - guarantee of silence and protection of containers but also of better efficiency.
The DemoS creates groupings without ever having a container pushing another one. Beyond removing contacts, this also makes possible to process containers with difficult shapes.
The different spaces between the groupings and within them are all configurable: this allows for example to easily insert partitions in the grouping before packing.
