A simple and effective solution to power your downstream equipment
Once prepared, the groupings are made available on a belt on which they are positioned very precisely (+/- 2 mm).
This belt can directly power:

Optimal protection for all your containers
The DemoS Collator uses a comb guiding system to replace the metal guides usually used. This system makes it possible to guide the containers in a gentle and positive way, without friction and without any container ever pushing another. It guarantees efficient mechanization of unstable containers and maximum protection of containers and their labels.
A module suitable for low or high speeds and multiple formats
The range of DemoS Collator is able to deal within 10 to 130 rows per minute, to achieve cadences until 60,000 bottles per hour depending on the containers. They adapt very easily to new formats thanks to a simple configuration of the different recipes and a container turning option at the machine entrance.
